The constant emails are getting annoying. It feels like there’s always another one in my inbox, and on top of that, I had to wait in a queue longer than I expected, which just made the whole experience more frustrating

I saw zootsports at a tri event they sponsored, it was fine but not all that exciting. The booth looked decent and the staff were friendly enough, but it felt small and there just wasn’t much going on. I kind of had to stand around and wait patiently just to get a basic look at things, which got annoying fast when you’re already tired and there are a bunch of racers trying to check them out too. I was hoping for more samples, better sizing help, or just something a little more useful. It’s still cool that they support events like that, but the whole experience didn’t really wow me.

The box showed up crushed and made the whole thing look kind of cheap. It feels like something that could’ve been prevented with better packaging.

Shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really help much. I kept checking for updates, but it barely changed, which made the whole thing frustrating. In my opinion, this probably wouldn’t be my first choice if I needed gear by a specific date.

They do support athletes and there’s some solid gear talk, which is nice if you’re looking for recommendations. But the community side feels a little quiet right now. If you’re joining mainly to connect with people, I’d say keep your expectations realistic and maybe jump into conversations yourself to help get things going

I bought a tri top and shorts from zootsports, and overall I’m happy with them.
